4 potatoes pealed and diced
20 small carrots diced (use the cut & pealed baby carrots)
1 can of corn, string beans or peas (use only one can)
1 package of onion soup mix
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Small amount of flour
Small amount of cooking oil
Small amount of minced garlic
Small amount of grill shakers seasoning
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and put them in a crock pot.
2. Dice the carrots and put them in the crock pot.
3. Add one package of onion soup mix.
4. Add one can of string beans along with the liquid contents.
5. Now lightly salt and pepper and stir it all up.
6. Add one can of mushroom soup.
7. Now sprinkle in the grill shakers seasoning.
8. Lightly cover the bottom of a frying pan with cooking oil, turn on the burner, add the venison, sprinkle the venison with flour and brown. Once the venison is almost browned sprinkle the top with minced garlic and continue to stir.
9. Add the browned venison to the crock pot and stir it all up.
10. Add enough water so that the crock pot contents are slightly covered.
11. Cook on high for five to six hours.

"The true essence and goodness of the venison stew comes from the cook using only his well worn camo shirt sleeve to clean out the crock pot before adding the new contents".
